Dinner: Mexican Chicken and Rice Casserole

Saturday:

Lunch: Leftovers (casserole) in a tortilla
Dinner: Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly
Dinner: Baked Stuffed Pasta
